![]() ![]() ![]() It's the same with TablePlus OSX, but the overall experience on TablePlus Windows will be somewhat different from TablePlus Mac. In order to bring the best experiences to the app, we build it natively. We focus only on the most important features that the majority of our users need and use the most, such as SQL Editor, Data Table Editor, or Database Structure Editor… We put those core features in the front so that our users can access them as fast as possible, and we hide most of the trivial functionalities. We don't want to build an app that does many things but masters none. While building TablePlus Windows, we use the same approach, the same philosophy as in how we built TablePlus Mac. ![]() Do not comment on this issue, please email me at first experience on Windowsīy popular demand, we are working on a Windows version for TablePlus and we want to bring the best experiences from its OSX version. We are not receiving bug report as well as the feature request until public beta.Ĩ. We release an update EVERY WEEK and it maybe not compatible with the previous build.ħ. ![]() Do not use this version for PRODUCTION.Ħ. This is alpha version (private beta), it's INCOMPLETED (so please don't expect so much on it).ģ. Requirement: Windows 10 64 bit (we will support more platforms in public beta).Ģ. Right now I have a script that uses the 1Password CLI to help me do this, but it's hard to roll something like that out to the whole company and a lot less convenient than having it available in the 1Password GUI.1. I'd assume that 1Password could invoke something like that behind the scenes? It can handle several database types (postgresql, mysql, mssql, redshift, redis, mongo, etc). Then it will open a connection with those parameters in the TablePlus GUI. TablePlus registers itself on macOS so that if you do something like this in a Terminal: open 'postgresql://username: :port/dbname' We deal with a lot of different databases and it would be really handy if 1Password could provide an "Open in TablePlus" button for Database items. We've started using 1Password for secrets where I work and we also use TablePlus as a macOS database gui. ![]()
